These terms govern your use of EasyBrewTech's website building and hosting service. By submitting an order you agree to these terms.
The service
EasyBrewTech builds, deploys, and hosts a professional website for your business. We write the content, build the site, and keep it live on our infrastructure.
Free to try
We build your website and send you a full preview — completely free, no card details collected at sign-up. You only pay if you choose to go live. If you decide not to proceed at any point before payment, you owe nothing.
Pricing and payment
- Building and previewing your site is free — no charge until you approve
- To go live: ₹499/month (approx. $5), billed monthly via Razorpay
- Payment is triggered when you click the payment link in your preview email
- If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the site may be taken offline
Your content
You are responsible for ensuring all business information you provide is accurate. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, photos, and any written content you supply. By submitting an order you grant us a licence to use that content to build and display your website.
Our work
EasyBrewTech retains ownership of the website code and design. You are licensed to use the site while your account is active and payments are current.
Revisions
We will revise your website until you are happy, at no additional charge, before you approve it. Post-approval changes may be subject to a fee depending on scope.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by replying to any of our emails. We will take down your site within 5 business days. No penalty applies.
Limitation of liability
EasyBrewTech is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or customers resulting from use or non-use of your website. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make material changes.
