EasyBrewTech ("we", "us") builds and hosts websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our service and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill out our order form we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your business name, type, and location
• A description of your business and any content you provide for your website
• Photos you choose to upload

We also collect basic, anonymous site visit data (pages visited, referrer source) to understand how people find and use our website. This data contains no personal information.

How we use it

• To build and deliver your website
• To contact you about your site — previews, changes, approval, and payment
• To send you your site preview and payment link once your site is ready

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database service. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. Emails are sent via Resend. All providers are GDPR-compliant.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your website is active with us. If you cancel, we will delete your data within 30 days upon written request.

Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@easybrewtech.com. We will respond within 7 business days.

Cookies

Our website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to measure site traffic in aggregate.
